To communicate with the army, officials in Ukraine are totally dependent on Starlink.

A report mentions, SpaceX will spend more than $120 million by donating its Starlink Internet Services to Ukraine.

A consultant for SpaceX advised the Ukrainian general that his request could not be met because of the financial burden to the Company.
